Acid-resistant tiles and ceramic plates are ceramic materials made from quartz, feldspar, and clay, fired at high temperatures. They feature high acid and alkali resistance, low water absorption, and are resistant to oxidation and contamination at room temperature. Except for hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid, they offer excellent corrosion resistance to acids like sulfuric, hydrochloric, and nitric acid, as well as alkalis of any concentration at room temperature. They are widely used as corrosion-resistant linings in towers, tanks, and other equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, smelting, power, chemical fiber, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, and environmental protection, as well as in flooring and building anti-corrosion areas like trenches and pools.
