Inert alumina ceramic balls, used as catalyst bed support and tower packing in reactors, primarily serve to increase gas or liquid distribution points and support fragile active catalysts. They are characterized by high temperature and pressure resistance, low water absorption, and chemical stability, withstanding corrosion from acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, as well as temperature fluctuations during production.
1.The execution standard for inert alumina ceramic balls is: Chemical Industry Standard HG/T 3683.1 - 2000 “Industrial Ceramic Balls - Inert Ceramic Balls”.
2.Inert Alumina Ceramic Ball sizes:3mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,13mm,16mm,20mm,25mm,30mm,38mm,50mm, 75mm
Note: When ordering inert ceramic balls, please provide the required product specifications, model, and total Al₂O₃ content.
