Ceramic structured packing is a type of tower packing that is arranged in a uniform geometric pattern and neatly stacked inside the tower. Regular packing is mainly used to replace scattered packing inside the tower, solving prominent problems such as high resistance, small specific surface area, poor mass transfer efficiency, and easy breakage. It specifies the gas-liquid flow path, improves channel flow, wall flow, and wetting performance, reduces resistance, and provides more gas-liquid contact area to enhance mass and heat transfer efficiency from the surface.

Application

1. Distillation absorption (dielectric absorption) of corrosive mixtures with certain requirements for pressure drop and theoretical plate number.

2. Vacuum operation with absolute pressure above 100MPa.

3. Distillation of halogenated organic compounds.

4. Used as a heat exchanger, defogger, or catalyst carrier.

5. Lightweight ceramic corrugated packing reduces tower load and is suitable for large-scale tower retrofitting.
