Ceramic corrugated plate packing can be widely used in gas washing towers, coking washing, benzene washing, ammonia washing towers, fertilizer hot gas saturation, desulfurization, sulfuric acid drying, absorption towers, etc. Ceramic corrugated regular packing is made of hard ceramics, mainly composed of clay, quartz, feldspar, etc., which are specially baked and fired. Its formation is composed of many unit corrugated sheets with the same geometric shape that are parallel and stacked with each other.
Application
1. Distillation absorption (dielectric absorption) of corrosive mixtures with certain requirements for pressure drop and theoretical plate number.
2. Vacuum operation with absolute pressure above 100MPa.
3. Distillation of halogenated organic compounds.
4. Used as a heat exchanger, defogger, or catalyst carrier.
5. Lightweight ceramic corrugated packing reduces tower load and is suitable for large-scale tower retrofitting.
