Acid and temperature-resistant bricks are a special lining material made from various silicate materials with a special formula, fired at high temperatures. They are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, high temperatures, thermal shock, and high pressure. They are mainly used as equipment linings in various high-temperature, highly corrosive, and wear-resistant working conditions in industries such as hydrometallurgy, titanium dioxide, papermaking, fertilizers, and oil refining. Examples include:

· Hydrometallurgy: High-temperature and high-pressure autoclaves, flash tanks in flash systems (core equipment).

· Titanium Dioxide (Sulfate Process): Hydrolyzers, acid decomposition tanks.

· Acidic Papermaking: Digesters, recovery tanks, storage tanks.

· PVC Production: Quench and neutralization separation tanks.

Our company’s newly developed dry-pressing process acid and temperature resistant bricks have solved the defects of black heart and internal cracks in the traditional wet process, and have obtained many related patents. The application effect is good in the core equipment lining of high temperature and high pressure in wet smelting and flash evaporation system.
