Product features：1. The particles are round, uniform, with a rough surface, multiple micropores, and well-developed internal pores, with a large specific surface area. This results in strong attachment ability of biological bacteria, fast reproduction, and high membrane formation efficiency. The removal of ammonia nitrogen under low temperature and low turbidity conditions has reached the advanced level in China, with a long working cycle and a large water production rate, generally ranging from 500-1000m/m.
2. The stacking density is light and the strength is high, resulting in low backwashing energy consumption and small head loss. The head loss of the cleaning material is only 150mm/m.
3. Strong interception ability, generally ranging from 9-13kg/m. 4. High filtration rate, generally 15-20m/h, with a maximum of 35kg/m.
5. The backwash water consumption is low, only 30-40% of that of quartz filter material.

Ceramic particle filter material is made of high-quality clay, clay, and viscous solvents that have been ground, screened, and calcined. It has the characteristics of a hard surface, multiple micropores inside, and high porosity. Using aerobic activated sludge as inoculum, the treatment effect of the aerated biofilter can be achieved after two weeks of inflow.
