The role of chemical fillers

Classification:Industry News Time:2025-04-02 Hits:1

The chemical filler for sewage treatment includes a circular frame with a square grid structure inside. A square reinforcement rib is set in the middle of the grid structure. The lower edge of the circular frame has an extension perpendicular to the circumferential surface, and multiple triangular reinforcement plates are equidistant from the circumferential surface of the circular frame. It has the advantages of good biofilm adhesion, no clumping and aeration during operation, and good water permeability.

The self compensating sealing formed packing includes inner and outer lips of an axially wavy closed circular ring made of polymer material, connected by a groove connecting part between the inner and outer lips, and also includes elastic elements that cooperate with the groove connecting part. Due to the circumferential wavy lip and radial groove connection, the deformation of the formed chemical filler in the circumferential and radial directions can be transformed from compressive (tensile) stress to bending stress, thereby significantly reducing the frictional force caused by the expansion of the formed filler on the mating part. Due to the mutual compensation between the upper and lower lip edges and the groove connection, regardless of temperature changes, the pre tightening force of the elastic element can be guaranteed to vary within a small range. The formed filler maintains a relatively stable adhesion force with the inner and outer mating parts. Such fillers can be made of materials that have a wide temperature range, strong acid and alkali resistance, but high strength, large expansion coefficient, and lack of elasticity.

It is difficult to add or replace packing due to medium leakage during valve operation. After the medium leaks from the packing box, it causes material loss and environmental pollution. A pressure relief component has been added to the stuffing box. When replacing or adding packing during valve operation, first release pressure, and then replace or add packing when the upper packing is not under pressure. This packing box is suitable for sealing the valve stem of high-pressure valves. The composite chemical filler of the ring saddle is punched inward on the ring wall of the stepped ring with several smaller size ring saddles, which are arranged in a regular manner inside the stepped ring. This packing is a composite of stepped ring packing and rectangular saddle packing, as well as a composite of large-sized packing and small-sized packing. Therefore, this packing has the advantages of large packing flux, low pressure drop, and high mass transfer efficiency of small-sized packing. It also has the characteristics of good strength of circular chemical packing and good liquid distribution of saddle shaped packing, and has the advantages of small aspect ratio of stepped ring packing and horn mouth at one end. This packing material has good operational performance and is suitable for gas-liquid mass transfer processes such as distillation, stripping, and absorption. A three-dimensional elastic packing string is formed by uniformly inserting nylon threads with burrs on the surface into the central nylon rope and twisting them into a loop according to design requirements. A cross shaped or polygonal bracket is fixed inside the loop, and the bracket material can be metal or plastic. When in use, simply disperse the filler into the device and distribute it in the water to be treated. This filler is easy to produce, cost-effective, does not require a support to fix the filler to the device during use, is easy to regenerate and replace, has a large specific surface area, can quickly hang and detach the film, has uniform water and air distribution, and is easy to transport
